I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a physical appointment at the Canadian Embassy in Ankara to update the status of my visa application. It has been one year since I submitted my tourist visa application on November 15, 2023 and I have not yet received any updates regarding its progress. I completed my biometric in the Ankara embassy too in November 2023.

Given the extended period that has passed, I would appreciate the opportunity to meet in person to understand the current status of my application and any potential next steps. Since I am in Ankara now, please let me know the available dates and times for such an appointment.

Is transit visa require if we don't even exit airport and layover would be only 3 and half hours.

Hello there, I would like to know about the transit visa for turkey. I got a flight from Londo to Istanbul on 25th november. Transfer in turkey or 3 and half hours. Then Istanbul to karachi Pakistan. I don't have any intention to exit the airport but came across on flight ticket that I might need transit visa. I'll be thankful if you clear my doubt. Thanks

1. Can we start applying for visas now without passports? Then after decision we'll bring passports to your office as soon as possible.

I am a resident of ireland but Pakistani origin and my wife i lives in pakistan. now to apply visitor visa while i was choosing the applicant 2 e visa opt. i could not select that. Turkey eVisa with British Resident Permit (BRP will be converted to eVisa after 31 Dec 2024 as British govt switches to fully electronic visas)

As mentioned in the title the British Residence Permits will all be abolished and converted to eVisas after 31 Dec 2024. I will be travelling to Turkey between 27 Dec and 1 Jan 2025. Is it possible to use my British permit to apply for an eVisa even though it will be converted to an evisa during my stay? Or should I apply through the regular pathway as an Indian citizen? Since the website mentions that eVisas are not valid supporting proof?
