Hi Mark, yes, as a Nigerian passport holder, you will need a visa to visit Turkey, even if you are a long-term UK resident. At the moment, Nigerian ordinary passport holders are not eligible to apply for a Turkish e-Visa. You'll need to apply for a regular sticker visa through the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate before you travel. Your UK residence status may help support your application, but the visa must be obtained through the embassy/consulate. Hi Waheed, I was in a similar situation. So I can share the information with you. Your Turkish e-visa only allows your stay till your e-visa is valid. Since you will be entering on 14th August 2026, you will be allowed to enter, but you will need to exit the country by 17th August 2026. Since you are planning to stay beyond 17th August, we recommend applying for a new application so that you can stay till your planned date.
