Danish travel document & transit visa

Dear Sir / Madam
I have to travel to Iran-Mashhad, but due the current situation, so it is not possible to flight all the way with Turkish Airlines. In this case I have to change the flight in IST Airport from Turkish Airlines to the Iran Airtour and I have to go to take my baggage.
Do I need a transit visa, because I have Danish travel document?
I have Danish travel document, but my origin is from Afghanistan.
