Student visa application fee for a Malawian to study in northern Cyprus

What is the initial student visa application fee from Malawi to Northern Cyprus.
My daughter was accepted to study at the European University of Lefke, in Cyprus. It's a 4 year course beginning in September 2026.

I would like to find out the whole process on her visa application, especially the visa application fee and how multiple entry status affects the fees.

I would, also, like to find out all the critical and necessary documentation for the visa application.
