I would recommend contacting the support team of the website through which you applied and requesting them to resend or provide your approved e-Visa document.

Hi, One of my friends faced a similar situation and, as supporting proof of their UK eVisa, they provided the UK eVisa/share code document and entered the share code number in the “Supporting Document Number” section. I would recommend following the same approach. Please also ensure that your UK immigration status/permission remains valid for at least 180 days beyond your arrival date in Türkiye.

Hi Habibur, as far as I understand, Turkey e-Visa eligibility is assessed on an individual basis for each applicant. Your valid US visa may make you eligible, but it normally doesn’t extend that eligibility to your wife and child if they don’t have their own valid supporting visa.
