However, since your son has a provisional passport, I would strongly recommend checking directly with the Turkish Embassy or consulate before traveling, as temporary or provisional travel documents can sometimes have different rules. بشكل عام إذا كان الشخص يحمل الجنسية السويدية (أي لديه جواز سفر سويدي ساري المفعول)، فيحق له دخول تركيا بدون فيزا لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً، سواء كان الدخول جواً أو براً أو بحراً. لكن توجد نقطة مهمة جداً: السلطات التركية تعتمد غالباً على الجواز الذي تدخل به، وليس فقط الأصل الفلسطيني أو وثيقة السفر الفلسطينية. إذا دخلت باستخدام الجواز السويدي فلا توجد مشكلة عادةً في المعابر البرية التركية، بشرط: أن يكون الجواز صالحاً لمدة كافية (يفضل أكثر من 6 أشهر). ألا يكون هناك منع أمني أو إقامة مخالفة سابقة في تركيا. أن يكون لديك حق دخول للبلد الذي قادم منه أو متجه إليه عند المعبر البري. أما إذا حاول الشخص الدخول فقط بواسطة وثيقة السفر الفلسطينية بدون الجواز السويدي، فهنا قد تختلف الشروط وقد تحتاج إلى e-Visa أو موافقة مسبقة بحسب نوع الوثيقة ومكان إصدارها. وبخصوص “القوانين الجديدة”، لا يوجد حتى الآن قرار رسمي تركي يمنع حاملي الجنسية السويدية من أصل فلسطيني من الدخول براً إلى تركيا طالما أنهم يستخدمون الجواز السويدي الساري. لكن في المعابر البرية قد يحصل تدقيق إضافي أحياناً بحسب خط السير والحدود المستخدمة.

Hi Waqas. I was in a similar situation, so I share my experience with you. Yes, you should be allowed to enter Turkey. Your Schengen visa is valid from 05 June 2026 to 11 July 2026, and your Turkish e-Visa is valid from 10 June 2026 to 06 December 2026. Since your planned travel dates (25–28 June 2026) fall within the validity period of both visas, you meet the visa validity requirement for entry. Just make sure that the passport used for the Turkish e-Visa application is the same passport you will travel with, and carry proof of your onward journey if requested by immigration authorities.
