If your passport is issued by any of the following nationalities, you can only apply if you have a supporting document.

The supporting document must be a valid sticker visa OR residence permit issued by a Schengen Area country, Ireland, the UK, or the USA.

Do Children Also Need to Submit a Supporting Document?

Yes. Children whose passports are issued by nationalities subject to this requirement must also provide their own supporting document.

What Cannot Be Accepted as a Supporting Document?

The following cannot be accepted:

• eVisa
• Expired sticker visa
• Expired residence permit
• Visa or residence permit issued by a country other than a Schengen Area country, Ireland, the UK, or the USA
• A document belonging to another person

Applications submitted with any of the above will not be eligible for processing.

What Do Applicants Need to Submit Along With the Supporting Document?

In addition to the supporting document, applicants need to submit:

1. Passport bio-page scan (Valid for 6 months from the date of arrival)
2. Recent passport-size photograph

Do Applicants Need to Carry the Supporting Document When Travelling to Turkey?

Yes. You should carry the original supporting document used for your Turkey eVisa application when travelling to Turkey. It may be checked along with your passport and eVisa during travel or upon entry.

How Can Applicants Obtain a Turkey Visa Without a Supporting Document?

If your nationality requires a supporting document for the Turkey eVisa but you do not have one, you cannot apply for the eVisa. In this case, contact your nearest Turkish embassy or consulate for guidance on other available visa options.
