Your Reference Code was sent to the email address you provided when starting your application. Search your email inbox for subject lines containing "e-Visa Turkey Reference Code" or check your spam or junk folder. It typically appears in this format: TR-894120 or EV-202678.
How long are incomplete applications stored?
Incomplete applications remain saved for 30 days from the date of initiation. After this period, the system removes unsubmitted data, and applicants must restart the process.
What if I made a mistake in my passport details?
Applicants can correct passport details before final submission by returning to the application through the Reference Code. Corrections requested after submission require applicants to contact support directly.
I did not receive my reference code email. What should I do?
Applicants who do not receive the Reference Code email within 15 minutes should check the spam or junk folder first. If the email remains missing, contacting support with the registered email address and application date resolves the issue.
