Hello This is Jack. Based on my personal experience, U.S. passport holders generally do not require a visa to enter Türkiye for short stays. If you plan to travel using your valid U.S. passport. you should be able to travel without any issue.

As an Egyptian passport holder, you are eligible to apply for an e-visa, but you also need to provide a supporting document (a valid visit visa or residence permit from the USA, the UK, Ireland, or any Schengen country).
