My name is Maaz Ahmed . I am a Pakistani citizen legally residing in St. Petersburg, Russia on a valid Russian student visa.

I would like to apply for a Turkish tourist visa from your consulate. However, I am not sure about the exact document requirements for my situation as a third-country national living in Russia.

Could you please help me with the following:

1. The complete list of documents I need to submit.
2. Where and how to make a visa appointment.
3. The visa fee and processing time.
4. Whether I need to submit my application in person.

My planned travel dates to Turkey are [approximate dates, e.g., 1–15 July 2026].

Self Transfor in Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Airport

Does a afghan national need a visa if they are transiting through the airport and not leaving it. Their final destination is australia and they have a valid australian visa

The ticket says self-transfor meaning that it is 2 seperate tickets, and if they need a visa, do they need a e-visa or transit visa
