Hi! I was in a very similar situation, so I thought I'd share what I did. I'm also a Palestinian passport holder, and even though I had a valid U.S. visa, Confused for process of online. After trying to find more information, I decided to visit the Turkish Embassy directly. The embassy guided me through the process, I applied for a regular visa there, and everything went smoothly. I received my visa and travelled to Türkiye without any issues. Since you also have a Palestinian passport, I think the easiest option is to visit or contact the Turkish Embassy in the country where you'll be applying. They'll let you know exactly which documents you need and how to proceed.
