Hey Abdullah! I ran into the exact same issue when helping a friend — it’s super confusing at first, especially when you go to the Turkey e-Visa site and don’t see your nationality listed. Here’s what we find: Iraqi passport holders aren’t eligible for the Turkey e-Visa, which is why you can’t find it in the dropdown. Totally normal — the system just blocks it by default. But more importantly — since you’re going for medical treatment, the e-Visa wouldn’t work anyway, even if Iraq was eligible. The Turkish e-Visa is only for tourist or business visits. Based on our experience and research, HKSAR (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region) passport holders can enter Turkey visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period for tourism purposes. Since you're arriving by cruise and visiting places like Bodrum and Ephesus (Efes), you should be fine without a visa as long as your stay doesn't exceed the allowed period and it's for leisure.
