Request to Cancel e-Visa Due to Incorrect Arrival Date

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request the cancellation of my current e-visa application. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong arrival date. I originally indicated my arrival date as the 26th, but I now plan to arrive on the 23rd.

I do not require a refund; my main concern is ensuring that I am permitted to apply for a new e-visa with the correct arrival date while my current one is still active. Could you please confirm whether it’s possible to apply for a new e-visa under these circumstances? If necessary, I am also willing to proceed with canceling the current visa.

Hello,
I am Aya Mghannaj, and I live in Stockholm, Sweden.
I got a two-year ban when I left Turkey and traveled to Sweden on 27/4/2024.
My husband and I got married in Turkey and a girl was born there. I have a Turkish family book and now I have a residence permit here in Sweden.
I am a Syrian citizen and my husband is a Swedish citizen and our girl is also a Swedish citizen.
First: I want to book an appointment to remove the ban. Second: apply for a visa to go to Turkey with my husband and daughter.

I already booked a flight with Kuwait airways from London - Kuwait, with a layover in Istanbul. I did not realise I would need a visa to do a self transfer. I am not leaving the airport as I have only a 4 hour layover. I tried to apply for E-Visa and it says I have to have a flight with Turkish, Pegagsus or Egypt Air. What should I do?
