Did I need a transit Visa to flying to Canada through Turkey?

I am a citizen of Iraq, I hold a Canadian visa, do I need a trasit visa to enter Turkish territory, given that I will travel to Canada by plane via Turkish Airlines, the transit time in Turkey is only 5:30

RESIDENCE/WORK PERMITS AND FLIGHT TICKET:

The LINOPETROL will take the responsibility to sponsor the cost of your Residence/Work Permits & Flight Ticket Documents and OATH from Turkish notary for government insurance premium payment of an active foreign employee.

FOREIGNER/EXPATRIATE WORKERS CERTIFICATE:

Foreign employees will first and foremost need to have a Foreigner Worker's Certificate (FWC) that is valid for at least one year for first entry to Turkey. This one year can be extended for another two years to complete your contract duration with LINOPETROL in Turkey. As a result of the approved Foreigner Worker's Certificate (FWC) in Turkey, the foreign employee will pay the fee of the foreign representation and have the certificate with the help of a Travel Consultant (T.C.) in Turkey.

Foreign employee, you will personally take the responsibility to provide the Foreigner Worker's Certificate (FWC) and requirements including the cost to have the certificate for first-entry to Turkey under employment purpose. This is in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of a 2 years contract with LINOPETROL in Turkey.

Accordingly, in order to commence processing your Turkish residence/work permits, please send us the scan copies of identification documents below:

• Data page of international passport (scan copy)
• Passport sized photograph (scan copy)
• Postal address to receive your courier delivery

Also, you are further requested to send us below requirements for the completion of your Turkish foreigner working certification.

i) Filled application form (scan copy)
ii) Application fee of USD 990
iii) Courier fee of USD 100

Total cost of 1,090 USD (one thousand, ninety united states dollars) to be paid by foreign employee.

Ensure to provide the above requirements quickly and inform us on which date/day to make payment for application/processing so that we can guide you through our payment method for a successful remittance.

All expenses are 100% refundable to the foreign employee after obtaining his/her approvals, ready to enter Turkey. Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu, i would like to info you that this is Mohammad Kabir Hossine I work in WWO GLOBAL MALAYSIA .My office is in Kuala Lumpur & Perak Ipoh.
