Someone informed me that I am not eligible to apply for an online e-Visa because I hold a Syrian passport, and Syrian nationality is not included in the list of countries eligible for the Turkish e-Visa. Someone informed me that As a Pakistani passport holder, you are not eligible for a direct Turkish e-Visa unless you also hold a valid visa or residence permit from the USA, UK, Ireland, or any Schengen country. If you do not meet this requirement, you will need to apply for a sticker visa through the Turkish Embassy in Oman. Since you are currently residing in Oman and operating an IT business, you can apply through the Turkish Embassy in Muscat.
