Dear Peruvian Consulate in Istambul.

My name is Samer Mouawad, I am a Lebanese citizen residing in Peru.
I recently started organizing my documents to apply for naturalization, and one of the requirements is a birth certificate that is certified by a Peruvian authority.

One of the closest consulates to Lebanon for Peru is in Turkey.

Would it be possible to certify my birth certificate at the Peruvian Consulate in Istambul?

What are the requirements? Should I translate it into English and Spanish? (from Arabic)
Do I need to personally travel to Istambul or is it possible to send it by mail from Lebanon?

Hi, I live in Germany and i hold a Nigerian passport. I want to transit from Istanbul airport to Kathmandu Nepal. That means i will travel from Frankfurt to Istanbul then transit from Istanbul to Kathmandu. I will not be be going out of the airport. Do i need a visa. Thank you

I am a Canadian citizen however my mom , sister and my dad holds Egyptian passports with valid multiple entry visa to Canada.
Will they require e visa and are they eligible for it ?
My sister she is 27 years old and she is a dependant child ( Down syndrome ) and she has a valid multiple entry visa to Canada.
