Zgubiłem chiński paszport i polską kartę pobytu (ważną do 14 lutego 2026 r.) podczas podróży służbowej do Turcji. Otrzymałem już potwierdzenie zgłoszenia z posterunku policji i złożyłem wniosek o pozwolenie na podróż do chińskiej ambasady (dostanę je w przyszły wtorek). Dział zasobów ludzkich naszej firmy poinformował mnie, że mogę ubiegać się o wizę jednorazowego wjazdu do Polski z powyższym dokumentem, który pozwoli mi po powrocie do Polski otrzymać paszport i kartę pobytu. Jak długo trzeba czekać na pilną wizę jednorazową do Polski? Jakie materiały są potrzebne? Jeśli to możliwe, jestem skłonny zapłacić za przyspieszenie. Dziękuję, czekam na odpowiedź dzisiaj.

Türkiye'deki iş seyahatim sırasında Çin pasaportumu, Polonya ikamet kartımı kaybettim (14 Şubat 2026 tarihine kadar geçerli), Polis karakolundan rapor makbuzu aldım ve Çin Büyükelçiliği'ne seyahat izni başvurusunda bulundum (gelecek salı elime geçecek). Şirketimizin insan kaynakları departmanı, Polonya'ya döndükten sonra pasaport ve ikamet kartı almak için Polonya'ya tek girişli vize başvurusunda bulunmak için yukarıdaki materyalleri kullanabileceğimi söyledi. Acil Polonya tek girişli vize başvurusu için ne kadar beklemem gerekiyor? Hazırlanması gereken malzemeler nelerdir? Mümkünse, ödemeyi hızlandırmak istiyorum. Support Request Regarding Work Permit Reference Number

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are trying to apply for a work permit for one of an employees who is currently residing in Pakistan. As far as we understand, when the applicant is outside of Türkiye, a reference number must be obtained from the foreign representative office in order to proceed with the application.
Our employee has already obtained such a reference number from your office. However, during the application process, the following error message appeared:
"The identity information (Nationality, Place of Birth) required for the evaluation of the work permit request is incomplete. You need to reapply to the representative office to provide the missing information. It is not possible to complete your application in this way."
Our employee reported this issue to your office, and a new e-reference number was issued. Unfortunately, the same error occurred again. This situation has repeated three times in total:
First reference number: 6 August
Second reference number: 13 August
Third reference number: 3 September
Applicant Information:

Surname: Abdul
Ministry of Labour Reference No: 2025-937d7afb-0309
Application Date: 3 september 2025
Each time, the waiting period has taken a few weeks, and the same error persists, which prevents us from moving forward with the application.
We kindly ask for your support and guidance to understand if there is any additional step we are missing, or if there is another way to resolve this issue. At the moment, our employee is unable to receive clear information and is forced to wait several weeks each time.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance and direction in this matter.

Soy ciudadana boliviana y estoy planeando viajar a la India, pero tengo una parada en Estambul de 20 horas para ello los cuidados bolivianos no necesitamos visa para entrar al Territorio de Turquía, pero quisiera saber si solo con mi pasaporte es suficiente o que necesito adicionalmente a eso?
