Due to the current events, the airports in Iraq are closed. I would like to travel to Turkey and then take a bus to Kirkuk, Iraq. Please help me obtain a visa. Söz konusu burs kapsamında öğrenim masraflarım karşılandığından, borcumu geri ödeyeceğime ilişkin noter huzurunda taahhütname imzalamam gerekmektedir. Belge taslakları tarafımda mevcut olup bu işlem olağan bir prosedürdür.

Bu kapsamda, söz konusu işlemler için Miami Başkonsolosluğu’na şahsen gitmek benim için bir seçenek ancak alternatif olarak Atlanta'da bulunan fahri konsolosla bu süreci yürütmek mümkün müdür diye size sormak istemiştim.
