Indonesian passport visiting Turkey to attend conference

I plan to attend a conference in Istanbul, with some touristic activities before and after, for a total of 9 days. I hold an Indonesian passport that is valid for a few more years. Do I need to arrange a visa for this purpose?

Belge taslakları tarafımda mevcut olup bu işlem olağan bir prosedürdür.

Bu kapsamda, söz konusu işlemler için Miami Başkonsolosluğu’na şahsen gitmek benim için bir seçenek ancak alternatif olarak Atlanta'da bulunan fahri konsolosla bu süreci yürütmek mümkün müdür diye size sormak istemiştim.

Eğer bunu yapabilecekseniz randevu almak icin nasıl bir yol izlememi önerirsiniz?

Bureaucratic problems with Turkish work visa

I went to the consulate in America and applied for a work visa in October (a Turkish university hired me in June 2025). I sent the reference no (generated by the consulate) back to the university and they applied. Last month the govt said I was rejected for identity confusion /insonsistency? I had an old passport but I never used it in the embassy but it was in the appointment schedule only. So now the consulate generated a new second reference number and I sent it to the university and after two days they said it was rejected by the govt. portal. We told the consulate a few days back but still they have not said anything. I wonder if there is anything I can do to solve this problem. I never lived in Turkey or visited.

I will like to inquiry about submitting my visa applications at Benin Republic, i had my degree at Benin University and gotten admission into one of turkey university, but i was unable to do authentication of my degree certificate in both ministry of education and foreign affairs Abuja federal capital territory.
