Hi Mohammed, a friend of mine from Sudan recently visited Turkey. So I can share the details with you. Unfortunately, a Turkish visa on arrival is not available for Sudanese passport holders. Even if your wife holds a valid UK visa, she must obtain a sticker (embassy) visa in advance from a Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
