Inquiry about airline protocol and condition for Yemeni citizen

I have inquiry about my traveling to Turkey, I hold Yemeni Passport, valid Schengen visa as well. I'm asking if I get the E-Visa, can I book with A Jet airline? Or only I must book with Turkish, Pegasus airlines? That only for double check because the E-visa showing note that I need to book only with Turkish, Pegasus airlines. My confusion is that the website mentioned the Yemeni citizens required to travel with Turkish, AJet, Pegasus and Onur airlines but the E-Visa I received by email only mentioned the Turkish and Pegasus airlines. I need only confirmation that I can choose between the four airlines. and for your information I'm traveling from Jeddah which means that I find Turkish, Pegasus and AJet airlines available from Jeddah Airport.

I would be traveling from Germany to India via Istanbul with a layover of around 5 hours at Istanbul airport.

Do I need a transit visa for Turkey to transit via Istanbul airport ?

Need visa to change terminal of same airport

I have my Turkish Airlines ticket from Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) to Malpenza(Italy) with shengen visa.
I have to passe by Istanbul Airport and from the same airport diferent terminal I have my corresponding flight to Malpenza. I need visa . Do I need visa to move from one terminal to the other and have my flight?
How should I do to get the visa if so? Thanks a lot
