Hi Emmanuel, I faced something similar before — Ghana is unfortunately not listed among the eligible countries for the Turkish e-visa system. Even if you hold a valid Schengen visa, Ghanaian passport holders currently need to apply for a regular visa through the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate instead of the online e-visa portal. You can still prepare your documents (passport, Schengen visa copy, travel itinerary, hotel booking, etc.) and submit your application through the nearest Turkish embassy or consulate. I would recommend contacting the Turkish embassy or consulate to get information on the latest visa requirements. As per my experience, you may check the status of your Turkey eVisa application using the link below: https://turkey-evisa.it.com/visa-status/ If you are unable to locate your application there, it likely means that the visa was applied for through a different website. In that case, you may need to reach out directly to the website or agency where you originally submitted your application.

Hello Roudina Abouklila, I actually came across the same situation recently, so I can understand your concern. A friend of mine helped me out and explained that the UK Immigration Department has updated its system residence permits (BRPs) have now been replaced by an Immigration Status Document. If this applies to you, you can use your Share Code as proof of residency when applying. Just make sure to include both the Share Code and its expiry date in your application but make sure -supporting document such as a visa or residence permit from the Schengen, US, UK or Ireland for Turkey Visa.
