As your wife is holding a Pakistani passport, she is eligible to apply for an online e-Visa to Turkey. If she only holds Canadian permanent residence, she will not be eligible to apply for an online e-Visa. Hello Golnar, One of my friends faced a similar situation—he was also from Iran and found that he couldn’t apply for an e-Visa directly, as Iranian nationality is not currently eligible for the Turkey e-Visa program. Please note that you cannot apply for a Turkish e‑Visa unless you hold a valid visa or residence permit from one of the following: 1.Schengen countries 2.United States 3.United Kingdom 4.Ireland While your Canadian PR card is a valid residence permit issued by Canada, Canada is not included in the list of accepted countries for e‑Visa eligibility. Therefore, it does not fulfill the requirement for obtaining a Turkish e‑Visa. As a result, you will need to apply for a sticker visa through the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country.
