E-visa not showing in the system

Hi, From my personal experience, I would suggest that you contact the same website directly where you applied for the Turkey e-Visa. I had a similar issue before, where my visa was delayed, and reaching out to the original application provider helped resolve it quickly. They were able to check my application status and assist without any further delay.

Hi Afasar! I recently applied for an e-visa using an Indian passport, so I will share my experience with you. As an Indian passport holder, you are eligible to apply for an e-visa. But you will also need to provide a supporting document ( a valid visit visa or residence permit from the USA, the UK, Ireland, or any Schengen Country). If you have a 6-month valid passport and a valid supporting document, you can directly apply for an e-visa here: https://turkey-evisa.it.com/application/. If you do not have either of the documents, then you need to apply for a regular/sticker visa through the Turkish embassy or consulate. I recommend contacting the Turkish embassy or consulate to get information on the latest requirements for a regular/sticker visa. Hi Mercia! If you’re originally from Namibia and holding a Namibian passport, then yes — you do need a visa to enter Türkiye. Namibian passport holders are not eligible for the Turkish e-Visa, so you’ll need to apply for a sticker visa through the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate. If you are instead travelling with UK-issued travel documents (such as a Refugee Travel Document or Stateless Person Document), those also require a sticker visa, as they are not eligible for an e-Visa either. So in both cases — a Namibian passport or UK travel document — you must apply directly at a Turkish diplomatic mission. Hi Nkouka! If you’re traveling with a Congolese passport, you usually don’t need a visa for a transit in Türkiye as long as you stay in the airport’s international transit area. But if your layover requires leaving the airport or you have an overnight stay, you’ll need to apply for a transit/short-stay visa through the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate, as Congolese citizens aren’t eligible for the e-Visa.
