Does a paid visa give me more than 90 daysin 180?

Hi I wanted to stay in Turkey for 6 months tofind a flat to buy. As a European I can only stay 90 days in any 180. I see I can buy a visa for 80€ or multiple entry for 170€. Do either of these options extend my time I can stay in Turkey? If yes deos the 80€ option mean I cannot leave Turkey for the duration?

Payment for E Visa not going through?

I applied for an E Visa but the payment has not been confirmed after 15-20 minutes? Seems Frozen. If I try paying again is says a transaction is still in progress?

Do I need a visa for transit in Istanbul for 5 hours?

I was rejected by the Pengasus airline because of the visa.

I booked the flight from Amsterdam to Cairo.

The first flight is from Amsterdam to Istanbul (Pengasus airline)and the second flight is from Istanbul to Cairo (Egyptian airline).

As I understand from the website, no visa is needed. I have check in for both airlines. Could you kindly confirm on this?
Does Pengasus against the rules?

Issue with Payment, No support.

Received the same generic replies even after sending the below issue. In total i got three generic replies with no resolutions.

Hello,
This is really going on loop with no resolution.
My payment is not going through even after i have tried multiple credit cards. Its says "Error Occured" in turkish.
Please help me with this issue.
The genric replies are "We cannot verify your payment. Please try making payment at another time. If you still have the same problem, try with another card issued by a different bank"

do we have any email to support this more faster? the Contact Us form is not helping in any way.
