Hi Michaella, I completely understand your concern. Unfortunately, Ghanaian passport holders are not eligible to apply for a Turkey eVisa online, even if you have a Danish residence permit. In this case, the only option is to apply for a regular (sticker) visa directly through the Turkish Embassy or Consulate. She also had a valid residence permit, but since her nationality wasn’t eligible, she applied directly at the embassy. She followed the process and successfully got her regular visa.
