I attempted to apply for an e-Visa through the official website, but I noticed that Syria was not listed among the available nationalities. I would appreciate any guidance you can provide regarding the appropriate visa process in this case.

Hi I just applied for my waif and my kids and our appointment was 23/06/2025
4 weeks ago and still haven’t received any response yet and something not normal because they collected the applications and the document and they not taking the passport and I asked them how they would get visas on passport they said when you received your email bring the passport drop off and after one week you collect it again with visa did this is normal our passport still with us they collected only the application and a document?? Can you confirm that if this happened to you please
