Hello,

I am a student from Rwanda living in London and planning to visit Turkey, however, I can't apply online even when my country is listed in the Evisa.

I have planned to visit Turkey at the end on july as a tourist. Im from Iraq but now I live in Sweden. I have residence permit in Sweden and I have Swedish Traveldocument (Resedokument). Turkey e visa needed or not for cruise tourists

We will be arriving in Istanbul, Turkey by cruise ship on July 13, and will stay in Istanbul for 2 days. We will leave Istanbul flying Athens Greece on July 15. In my case, do I need a Turkey visa or not? Please let me know ASAP.
