Applying for Turkey Visa with my group of 17 Lecturers from Nigeria

Is it compulsory that for us as a group of lecturers in Nigeria and Nigerian by nationality must possess a Schengen visa/resident permit or USA visa or UK visa before we can qualify to apply for Turkey toursit visa?

I am indian citizen, holding valid U.S tourist visa, in past (before covid) i have visited your wonderful country few times, my old passport is expired on which my U.S visa is stamped, i already applied to renew my passport which will be delivered to me in few day from today.. my question is in application form do i have to mention my new passport number or old one...pls provide me guiedline..my purpose to visit turkey is to atten Turkey Jewelery Exibition which is held on 24th March 2022

Inquiries about E-visa.

Hello, I'm a student from Bangladesh studying in a Canadian university and staying here for 3 years. I am visiting Bangladesh on 25 April and has a 10 hours layover in Istanbul. I would like to visit the city of Istanbul. For that reason I need to apply for an e-visa. But there is a requirement that I need visa from USA, UK, Ireland or a Shenzhen visa to apply E-visa on a Bangladeshi passport. I do have a 4years Canadian visa. Can I apply for e visa?
There is also a requirement of hotel booking. As I'm only staying for 10 hours I don't want to book any hotel. Is it also mandatory?

E visa Cost

I paid $212 for a multiple entry visa, but I didn’t select multiple entry I am only entering Turkey as single entry. Can you explain why multiple entry was the default? Single Entry is $64 and I was incorrectly charged for multiple entry.
