Do I need a transit visa to Turkey?

I have a flight from Kuwait to Istanbul with a two-hour transit time. We will continue to Colombia on Turkish Airlines flight number PNR: T34233 from Kuwait to Istanbul with a two-hour transit time. From Istanbul to Colombia via Bogota Airport, do I need a transit visa to Turkey or not? Please note that the transit time for the outbound flight is two hours, while the return flight is only five hours.
For your information, I am an Egyptian national residing in the State of Kuwait.
Please reply to the email so I can be reassured, or if I have not received harassment from the Kuwait Airport Police

Regarding the Transit Visa in Turkey

Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I am Shiwangi Dogra, traveling from Delhi -> Mumbai -> Turkey -> Mexico from 17th August2025 and will reach Turkey at 18th August 2025. My flight from Mumbai to Mexico is Turkish airlines, with the layover in Turkey.
Flight - TK721
I am trying to apply the transit visa on the website https://evisa.gov.tr
However due to the technical issue, I am unable to submit request.
My question is do I really need a Transit visa for Turkey even when my airport is same.
I am stuck with almost 24 hours to go for my flight. Kindly assist me in my travel so I can safely reach my destination.

I am an egyptian and working in kinshasa and my return flight is on Turkish airlines as usual , i want to utilise the transit time in istanbul and take a light tour surrounding with the program provided but turkish airline, but i am facing some struggling regarding extracting the visa , as i am not holding shengen visa and i am age is 28 years old. so can you advice how can we do it together !
