About refund of E Visa Application fee

Dear Sir,
I was travelling from Mumbai to Houston with lay over at Istanbul.
My flight from Mumbai to Istanbul was delayed, so i missed the flight from Istanbul to Houston on 7th February 2025.
I was accommodated in the flight from Istanbul to Houston on 8th February 2025. So I need to stay for 24 hours at Istanbul airport.
I applied for E Visa (Transit Visa) on 7th February 2025 as per the guidance provided by Ground staff to provide me the hotel stay.
But the amount of Rs 4559-65 was debited from my bank account, still I did not received the E Visa for Istanbul. I have to stay at airport lounge compulsory for 24 hours to get the connecting flight.
Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

1. Mumbai to Istanbul: 6E17 Seat No: 13H on 7th February 2025 (Delayed) (E Ticket No: 31223007548811)
2. Istanbul to Houston: TK33 Seat No: 11C on 7th February 2025 (Missed) (E Ticket No: 31223007548812)
3. Istanbul to Houston: TK33 Seat No: 25K on 8th February 2025 (E Ticket No: 2352263478389/1)

Tourist visa related query

I own a Ghanaian passport. In the past I did not require a tourist visitor’s visa to visit Turkey when I had a valid US multiple entry visa in my passport. Is this still the case? Can I visit Turkey without a tourist visa if I have a valid US multiple entry visa? Thank you.

I wonder if I want to get an e-Visa for your esteemed country; do I need to book flight tickets with a certain carriers such as Egypt Air or Turkish Airlines?
Or I can do with any other carrier?
Also, is it a must to have a valid Schengen visa at my passport?

Transit visa for Armenians

To whom it may concern,

My name is Tatevik and I have one question regarding the visa procedure. My mom and I have planned flights with a self-transfer to Dusseldorf through Istanbul on March 14 and March 20. Could you please confirm if we need a Turkish visa? Is it a transfer visa or a regular one if we need it? Or we don't need a visa for these tickets at all?

I would be very grateful if you would answer as soon as possible, so we can arrange everything in advance.

Turkey eVisa with new UK evisa replacing BRP/ILR

Hi,
I am an Indian passport holder living in UK with a valid ILR. UK government is replacing all existing BRPs including ILR with an eVisa. The website says eVisa is not valid to apply for Turkey eVisa. Please could you guide me on how to proceed with the visa application. I wish to apply for a visa for a 10 day visit to Turkey.

confused with the document

Hi
I was planning to visit Turkey in the mid of may, while I was applying for the visa it tells me to attach the resident permit. I live in Uk and I have a visa till may 2026 but as the new rule in UK , the biometric are expired on 31st Dec. While checking Turkey does not accept the evisa so can you help me what should I do as I still have the valid visa and want to travel but the resident permit is expired.

Connection flight at Istanbul airport

I’m flying from Cairo to Amsterdam with a connection flight at Istanbul airport.
Do I need the e-visa or my Schengen one is sufficient to cross the Turkish borders to my destination?

I’m not planning to enter Istanbul, I will just go to my connection flight after I land from Cairo. Not planning to enter Istanbul or stay beyond my connection flight waiting time.

I’m an Egyptian with a valid & used Schengen visa. Flying using AJet airlines.
