E-visa application for my wife

Good day.
My name is Gary Stubbs, I am from Liverpool. I work and live in Nigeria with my Wife and 3years old son.
I want to embark on a 4 week of family vacation to Turkey with my wife and my son.
My wife is a Nigerian, she is employed and also has her own business, she also has landed properties in Nigeria. She has not travelled to UK, USA or Schengen area before but we have been to Mauritius and Cambodia on a family vacation.
Note: We are legally married and we have documents as proof.
My question is: Since her, husband and son are both British citizens, Can I apply for an E-visa for her as her sponsor?

Unable to select nationality

I am trying to apply for evisa as a Pakistani national holding a US visa.

However I am not able to select the nationality (the field is frozen or not editable) while filling the form and the system doesn't allow me to move to the next screen without entering this information. Screenshot attached.

Old and new US visa

Dears,
I am an Egyptian citizen, I had an old US visa which is expired April 2022 ( used twice to enter usa and twice to get Turkish e visa ). I will renew my US visa these days. The question is, can I use the new US visa ( without using it to enter usa ) to get Turkish E visa
