Inquiry Regarding Use of Fiktionbescheinigung for Turkey eVisa Application

Good day,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am a Philippine passport holder currently residing in Germany. I am inquiring whether my Fiktionbescheinigung can be accepted as a valid residence permit for the purpose of applying for a Turkish eVisa. My Fiktionbescheinigung explicitly allows me to travel outside of Europe; however, I am uncertain if it suffices as a residence card for entry into Turkey. I am currently waiting for my official residence card.

I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

I would be traveling on Wizz air to turkey and have connecting flight from Istanbul to India with different flight operator . While collecting my baggage do i need to cross the immigration at Istanbul . do i need a transit visa ?

I am an Indian national, currently living in Dublin, Ireland on a stamp 4 permit. I have been living in Dublin for more than 6 years. I hold a valid multiple entry Schengen visa due to expire in March 2025.
I intend to visit Turkey for tourism purposes from 24th December to 2nd January. Could you please assist me if I have to acquire e-visas or not?

REASON FOR VISA REJECTION

I am writing to seek clarification regarding the recent decision on my Tourist Visa application, which was declined on December 11, 2024.
Specifically, I would like to know:
. Were there any missing or incomplete documents in my application?
. Were there any concerns regarding my financial status or ties to my home country?
Were there any issues related to my travel history or purpose of visit?
I believe I have submitted all the required documents, and my travel history demonstrates that I have always complied with the rules of the countries I have visited. This trip to Turkey is planned with my family (my wife and daughter). We have a visa to Saudi Arabia for our Umrah, which will be on December 31, 2024. My daughter is excited to explore and visit Turkey for five 5 days since we still have a few days of vacation left.
