I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for an e-Visa I obtained at Istanbul Airport due to a flight delay.

Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, which required me to obtain an e-Visa during my time at the airport. I was informed that I may be eligible for a refund, and I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed with this process.
