Support document box in eVisa application to Turkey from Cambodia

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am invited by The Reassurance Network Company which I work for to have our annual conference in Istanbul from October 7th - 10th 2024.
When I applied for eVisa, I could not fill the request of "Document support" and that I need to have Schengen visa to Europe first.
Is this correct that I have to obtain Schengen visa before I apply eVisa to Turkey? Can the invitation email from The Reassurance Network and hotel booking, my return air ticket enough to prove?

Please advise.

APPLYING FOR TOURIST VISA

I have tried to apply for E-visa via the portal 2 times and for some reason I am receiving the following error even though I am eligible for the E-Visa, this error pops up when I verify my email :

"Sorry
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue e-Visa for you.

Transit visa for USA green card holder

My mom is a green card holder and we are all US citizens. We are traveling to Pakistan via Turkish airlines Dec 13-Dec 31) and in the return flight we have 28 hours of transit in Istanbul airport. We all want to go out of airport and move around during the transit. Does my mom or we all need the transit visa?

family from Mexico flying from Zagreb, Croatia to Mexico City, Mexico thought Istanbul with Turkish Airline. My qeustion is if they need e-visa for connection at the airport cause THEY HAVE NO PLAN leave airport that day during trip.
