Documents required for e-Visa [Airport Transit]

Hello,
My plane will be stopping in Istanbul International Airport [IST] for 14hrs as I have connecting flight to further South America country and I am travelling from India, may I know below points:
1. Documents required to get airport transit visa,
2. How much time it will take to get it?
3. Cost of Airport Transit Visa?
4. What are chances that visa got rejected?
5. Should I need to have a hard copy of Visa or I have to get it print on passport by officials at Airport immigration Centre?

I am asking all this questions so that I can plan my trip with all necessary documents.
I already have destination valid visa with me plus my passport is having a min. time validity which is required to get Visa.

Can palestinian apply tourist visa to visit Türkiye?

I am a palestinian citizen, currently I am in bangkok, Thailand.
I would like to apply tourist visa for a trip to visit Istanbul Türkiye for 1 week at the end of this month, October 2024.
But I cannot find my nationality in the list of e-visa applocation on website.

How to apply the tourist visa to visit Türkiye for Palestinian citizen?

Turkish visa based on Schengen residen permit

To whom it may concern
I am writing about a general issue regarding e visa requirements for applicants with Schengen resident permit.
The e-visa only accept national passports, but most of the people with Schengen resident permit have an alien’s passport (gray color) or convention passport (blue color). Can you please make any decision that help these applicants getting Turkish visa. The Turkish embassy around Europe has approximately 9 months for an interview time and it makes visa application impossible. Would you please make sure including Alien’s passport and convention passport eligible for getting e visa with Schengen resident permit.

Good day!

We would like to make a trip from Poland to Istanbul (Turkey) by car. We have been living in Poland for the last 3.5 years and have a Polish residence permit, but we have Russian passports, our car is registered with Polish license plates, and the driver has a valid Polish driver's license.

Could you please inform us about the necessary documents required to cross the border, as well as any special conditions or nuances that we should be aware of? Our itinerary will include a trip through Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria before arriving in Istanbul. In addition, we intend to take our dog with us. Could you provide information about the requirements for importing dogs to Turkey, as well as whether it will be possible to return to Europe with our pet? The dog has been living with us in Poland for 3.5 years, but it was purchased in Russia 5 years ago. Do I need to register it in Poland? What documents are required for a dog?
