My Family's Inability to Obtain a Turkish Transit E-Visa for Australian Migration

I am writing to provide urgent feedback regarding a critical issue my family and I are facing concerning obtaining a Turkish e-visa.
My family and I—Afghan citizens currently residing in Iran—are in a unique and pressing situation. We are attempting to migrate to Australia to reunite with two of my sons, who are Australian citizens. Due to current circumstances preventing direct travel from Iran to Australia, the Australian authorities have specifically advised us to obtain a Turkish visa as a necessary step to reach Turkey, and from there, proceed to Australia.
The significant problem we are encountering is that we are currently unable to obtain a Turkish e-visa for this purpose. As Afghan passport holders, it appears the e-visa system does not facilitate applications for individuals in our circumstances.
This situation presents an immense and immediate barrier to our family's critical international travel plans and our ability to reunite with our Australian citizen family members. Our inability to access the Turkish e-visa system directly halts our entire migration.
I earnestly request that you review my family's specific situation and the explicit guidance we received from the Australian authorities. Please consider providing an immediate solution or a clear alternative pathway for us to obtain the necessary Turkish visa. Our need is not a general inquiry; it is directly tied to a specific, urgent, and time-sensitive family reunification and migration process.

Cash in and out of Istanbul

Dear, in july i will flying to Moscow , but first i go to Istanbul International airport and the Day after from Sabiha airport to Vnukovo. I am with my sun, he is 17 years old.
I take with me cash to Russia, because of sanctions my cards are dont working thee, thesis why i take cash with me.
I take about 8000 euro and my sun about 2500 euro
Do i need to declarate that or my sun?

Regarding the 180-day free visa for British citizens

Good afternoon,
I lived in Turkey for 3 years on a temporary Resident/Ikamet. The last two years, I have travelled to Istanbul, Turkey, on a tourist visa. I hold dual nationality.
A Mauritian passport and a British passport. I have been using my British passport in Turkey. Please, can you tell me when the 180-day visa-free period starts again? I want to travel again to Turkey. I have a problem counting back the days. I don't want to arrive in Istanbul before the 180-day visa starts
That would cause a problem.
