I hope this message finds you well.

I am a Pakistani national currently residing in Sweden. I hold a Permanent Residence Permit in Sweden, and my husband has a valid Residence Permit as well. We are planning to travel to Saudi Arabia for Umrah in the near future, and prior to that, we would like to visit Turkey for a short stay of two days.

I would like to inquire about the visa requirements for our situation:

Are we eligible to obtain a visa on arrival or apply for an e-visa to enter Turkey?

If not, what is the appropriate visa type and procedure to follow for our planned short visit?

Could you kindly inform us about the visa application fees for Pakistani nationals residing in Sweden?

Your guidance on the process and any relevant documents required would be greatly appreciated.

I am NUSRATULLAH GHULAM NABI, PR holder in Canada and wanna travel to Turkey, but I wasn’t issued a travel document, instead i got CANADA CERTIFICATE OF IDENTITY which according to the immigration holds same position as a TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Can you please provide me information about this? It’s highly appreciated.

A visa to Turkey and no significant response has been received yet

I submitted a transaction to the Turkish consulate in Shanghai to obtain a visa to go to Turkey for the exhibition of Istanbul, and the exhibition starts on 12-06, and I submitted the transaction 3 weeks ago, and until now I have not received a reply to go to the exhibition to buy goods.

Transit/ 2025/06/28 layover

I am traveling with Turkish Airlines from Tehran to Gothenburg and I have a 3-hour layover in Istanbul. I will remain in the transit area during the stopover. I hold an Afghan passport.

Could you please let me know if I need a transit visa (e-HTV) for this short layover?
