I am a citizen of Azerbaijan.
I have a car with a Finnish registration number. The car is on the balance sheet of the leasing company in my name.
As of today, my residence permit in Finland is in the process of being reviewed.
I have a permit from the leasing company to locate the car in Turkey.
Can I enter and leave Turkey?
If so, how long can the car stay in Turkey and when should it leave?

I hope this message finds you well. My name is SANTOSH MADEV NAIK I am an Indian holding passport number W0977531, and I am currently in Georgia on a valid single-entry tourist visa. I am writing to inquire about the processing time and requirements for a Turkish tourist visa, as I am planning to travel to Istanbul to attend a mandatory Skilltest appointment at VFS Global on January 31, 2025.
I don't have a residence permit from schenegan counties or USA, UK or Ireland,
Since this test is critical for my employment opportunity in Malta, I kindly request the following information:
1. The standard processing time for a Turkish tourist visa.
2. Whether expedited processing options are available, if needed.
3. The specific documents I need to prepare for the application.
