My name is Seyed Pouria Ahmadi, and I have been officially admitted to the Master of Science program in Computer Engineering at Politecnico di Milano for the academic year 2025/2026. My person code at the university is 10951502, and I have already completed the Universitaly pre-enrolment process. I am a citizen and resident of Iran, but due to the current war-related situation, the Italian Embassy and Visa Application Center in Iran are not operating and remain closed indefinitely. Under these exceptional circumstances, I kindly request your guidance on whether I can apply for a student visa through the Italian Embassy or Consulate in Turkey (either Ankara or Istanbul). I am fully prepared to travel to Turkey and stay there during the visa process, if needed. I have prepared all the required documents, including: Universitaly pre-enrolment confirmation Passport and photo Proof of financial means Admission letter from Politecnico di Milano Valid English language certificate Could you please confirm whether your office accepts visa applications from third-country nationals (non-residents of Turkey) in this situation?
