1. Turkey eVisa

Turkey eVisa applicants are divided into two groups based on their nationality: those who can apply without additional supporting documents and those who must provide additional supporting documents.

Countries Eligible for Turkey eVisa With Additional Supporting Documents 

Passport holders from these countries need a 1. Passport bio-page scan, 2. A recent passport-size photograph, 3. A valid sticker visa OR residence permit issued by a Schengen Area country, Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States.

Turkey eVisa Validity and Duration of Stay 

• Validity: Up to 180 days.
• Entry Type: Single or multiple entry, determined by the applicant’s nationality
• Permitted Stay: 30 or 90 days.

Turkey eVisa Processing Time and Fee 

Turkey eVisa processing time depends on the processing option selected by the applicant.

Rush and super-rush processing require an additional fee for Turkey eVisa . Selecting expedited processing does not change the eVisa validity or permitted stay.

Passport Validity for Turkey eVisa

The passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Turkey.

Complete Application

Pay the Fee

Receive the eVisa

After the application is processed and approved, the Turkey eVisa is delivered to the registered email address.

2. Visa-Free Entry to Turkey 

Citizens of certain countries can travel to Turkey without obtaining a visa for an eligible short stay. The permitted stay can vary according to the traveller’s nationality. 

How Long Can You Stay in Turkey Without a Visa?

Depending on nationality, visa-exempt travellers may be permitted to stay for 30, 60 or up to 90 days within the applicable period.

Can You Work or Study Under Visa-Free Entry?

Visa-free entry is intended for permitted short-term visits. Travellers planning to work, study or stay in Turkey for a longer period need to meet the requirements for the appropriate visa or permit.

Documents Required for Visa-Free Entry to Turkey

Visa-exempt travellers need a valid passport or an accepted national ID card, depending on their nationality. The travel document must meet Turkey’s applicable validity requirements.

3. Turkey Embassy Visa 

A Turkey embassy visa is required for travellers who are not eligible for an eVisa or visa-free entry, as well as for certain travel purposes that are not covered by the eVisa.

The visa must be obtained before travelling to Turkey. The documents, application procedure, visa validity and fees depend on the applicant’s nationality and purpose of travel.

Applicants can apply through the Turkish embassy or consulate responsible for their place of residence. The applicable requirements should be confirmed with the embassy or consulate before submitting the application.

Types of Turkey Embassy Visas 

1. Tourist/Business Visa: Travellers visiting for tourism or business who cannot use the eVisa or visa-free route may need to apply through a Turkish embassy or consulate.
